Role Hound aggregates job listings from third-party company career boards and applicant tracking systems and presents them in one place. We do not employ, endorse, or represent any company or role listed, and we are not a party to any application, interview, or employment relationship that results from your use of the Service.

The Service is provided on an evolving basis. We may add, modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the Service — including features, listings, pricing, and availability — at any moment and without prior notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such change, and continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of it.

We may revise these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Service after they are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

To operate and improve the Service, you grant us the right to collect, store, process, and share information — including account details, profile information you provide, saved jobs, and usage data. We may share this information with service providers, hiring companies and their applicant tracking systems, analytics and infrastructure partners, and other third parties where it is necessary to deliver the Service, to facilitate job matching and applications, to comply with the law, or in connection with a business transfer.

We may also create and share aggregated or de-identified information (such as market statistics) that does not identify you. By using the Service you consent to this collection and sharing of information.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for all activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the Service, scrape or bulk-download listings, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms.

Job listings and company information originate from third parties and may be inaccurate, out of date, or removed at any time. We provide them "as is" and do not guarantee their accuracy, availability, or that any role is still open. Any dealings you have with a listed company are solely between you and that company.

The Service, including its design, branding, and original content, is owned by Precision Labs and protected by applicable laws. Listing data remains the property of its respective sources. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the Service except as expressly permitted.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Precision Labs and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, opportunity, or employment, arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service.
